At Stamina Products, we are committed to your fitness journey and offer a 30-day return policy for any equipment that does not meet your performance expectations. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Equipment

    Carefully disassemble your fitness equipment and pack it securely in the original box, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and small components are included.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the outside of the box, clearly marking the RA number on the package for faster processing.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
